Our founder, Josh Moryl, got into the HVAC business right out of high school, becoming a master at the craft while working for a smaller company. After six years, Josh also learned that he wanted to be a part of a team that offered the best to their customers. Rather than work for a larger company with questionable practices, in 2010, Josh opened JM Mechanical so he could provide the quality of service that he knew the residents of Cincinnati deserved.
