Three habits that matter more than any coupon.
We diagnose first
You hear what failed and why before you hear a price. On equipment near the end of its life, we will tell you when the repair is money thrown away.
We size by calculation
Oversized equipment short-cycles, pulls less humidity and wears out early. It is the most common mistake we find in other people's work, so we size from a load calculation, not the old nameplate.
We test, not guess
Static pressure and airflow readings find the duct problems that get misdiagnosed as equipment problems, and they usually cost a fraction of new equipment to fix.
