About JM Mechanical
Heating and cooling Greater Cincinnati since 2010.
JM Mechanical has been heating and cooling homes and businesses across Greater Cincinnati since 2010. Our records since 2011 show more than 27,000 completed jobs for more than 6,200 households and businesses, from Hyde Park and Madeira to West Chester, Florence and West Harrison.
JM is a Reston MEP company. Our office is at 7700 Shawnee Run Rd, Suite B in Madeira, and our work is residential first: furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, boilers, indoor air quality and water heaters, plus light commercial service and planned maintenance.
How we work
The way we work is straightforward. We diagnose before we quote, we tell you what we found and show you when we can, and we will tell you when a repair is not worth making on equipment near the end of its life. Sizing gets calculated rather than guessed. We would rather give you the answer you can act on than the one that closes fastest.
- Diagnosis first, and the price before any work starts
- Replacements sized from a load calculation, not the old nameplate
- Static pressure and airflow measured, so duct problems get fixed instead of masked
- Boot covers, drop cloths and a clean work area
What customers say
After each visit, customers get a short text survey. Of the 3,008 responses between 2018 and 2026, 98 percent rated the visit five out of five. Read what they wrote.
