HVAC maintenance plans
Two visits a year, spring and fall, so problems get caught while the system still runs.
Maintenance is the least expensive thing we sell and the best way to prevent the expensive repairs. Two visits a year — cooling in the spring, heating in the fall — catch the parts that are wearing out while the equipment still runs.
A visit is not a filter change. We clean the coils, verify refrigerant charge, measure temperature rise and static pressure, test the safeties and the ignition sequence, check electrical connections for heat damage and clear the condensate path. Then we tell you what we found and what is trending toward failure.
What a plan includes
- A spring cooling visit and a fall heating visit, scheduled by us
- Combustion, safety and heat exchanger checks on gas equipment
- Charge, coil and temperature split checks on cooling equipment and heat pumps
- Static pressure, drain and electrical checks on every visit
- A written list of what is wearing out
